How do I use the belt?
- Position the belt: Wrap the decompression belt around your waist. Ensure that it's snug, but not too tight – you should be able to breathe and move comfortably.
- Inflate the belt: Connect the air pump to the belt's air valve. Begin to pump the air into the belt. As you pump, the belt will start to inflate and rise. Continue pumping until you feel your body lifting upwards slightly and your back becoming straighter. Do not over-inflate.
